Hello, Jerry. Top speed on model TRI005 is 60 - 65 mph. It's tough to estimate top speed w/ two riders. In addition to weight, top speed will be determined by road conditions. The mpg on our 300cc are around 70 mpg. The make of the vehicle is Ice Bear.
