1. Schematic diagram of outer box and iron frame.
2. Diagram of the whole Motorcycle and Parts for assembly. Tools necessary not included 8,10,13,15,17,19 mm socket or wrench Allen 5&,6 mm, Phillips screwdriver.
3. Rear Suspension installation
Place bolt through swing arm flange, fasten locking nut Bolt 13mm Locking nut 15mm.
4. Right side of Front Wheel Installation
Short wheel spacer on the left side between front fork and wheel barring. Run the wheel axel from the right to left. Axel bolt 17mm.
5. Left side of Front Wheel Installation
Long wheel spacer installed on the wheel between the front fork and wheel barring. Remove front brake caliper mounting bracket with caliper for (10mm socket) clearance in installation. Fasten locking nut on left side, 19mm axel locking nut.
6. Reattach Front Brake Caliper running brake line on outside forks away from moving wheel. (10 mm) loosening the break line guide bolt on fork will allow for proper installation. Reattach all bolts.
7. Handlebar Risers and Clamp Installation
Handlebar should run parallel to front suspension 6mm Allen socket.
8. Front Fender Installation
Three 10mm bolts through fender underneath the bottom triple tree steering and suspension clamp.
9. Front number Plate Installation
5mm Allen socket, run bolt through front of number plate, line up lower guide tab into top of front fender, remove Phillip screws and 8mm nut. Run brake lines through plastic guide reattach Phillip screws and 8mm nuts.
10. Left And Right Foot pegs Installation
Pull cotter pins pull clevis pins install pegs to correct side loop coiled part of return spring on bottom of foot peg hook return spring in place to peg and foot peg mounting bracket replace clevis pin and cotter pin to hold in place.
11. Handlebar pad protector and Tank Ventilation valve position installation schematic.

a.After the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, but before the delivery driver leaves, open the box and inspect the condition of the unit carefully and note any and all damages.
b.The delivery driver can voluntarily stay there for 15 minutes if time permits but is not required to. If the delivery driver is attempting to leave before you can inspect your unit; please note on your delivery slip," Possible hidden damage. Driver did not allow time to inspect."
c.Do not take any advice from the delivery driver in regards to your shipment.
d.If there are minor damages to your unit, please notate the damages on the delivery slip (driver's copy as well as your copy). We will be able to send you replacement parts free of charge. If there is no notation of damage on the delivery slip (driver's copy), in most cases you will be responsible of cost of replacement parts and freight. (See more details on Concealed Damages)
If the merchandise is damaged beyond repair, please call usimmediately.You will need to follow the steps to get a replacement unit:
a.Take pictures of damaged unit
b.Notate on the delivery slip that shipment is refused due to shipping damage.
c.You will have the option of getting a replacement unit or a full refund, once all documents are received.
It takes approximately 24 to 72 business hours to process and ship your order once it is confirmed and the payment received. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received after 1pm on weekdays, will be processed the next business day. We don’t ship on Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays. During busy seasons, it may take up to 5 business days to process your order due to high volume of orders. If you choose fully assembly service, it can take an additional 3 business days to 1 weeks to prepare your order for shipping. (It varies by models .)

The Dirt Bike 85% Factory Assembled Package comes with partially assembled. It will be required to assemble some bolt-on items such as: Front and Rear wheels, Handle Bar Clamps, Rear Shocks, and Front Brake. (Each model might be slightly different. Please use this information as a guideline).
**Please note that the quality check on all factory 85% factory assembled packages are performed by the factory. Proper adjustment is required before riding. Licensed mechanic is recommended.
New owners are required to perform inspection of the Dirt Bike before first riding. Professional mechanic is recommended.

1. Assemble all fenders and parts using locktite
2. Change engine oil and gear oil
3. Tighten axle nuts
4. Tighten brake rotor and sprocket bolts
5. Tighten handle bar bolts
6. Tighten steering stem nuts
7. Check brakes and brake lever adjustment
8. Check throttle adjustment
9. Check chain/belt tension and adjustment
10. Check tire pressure
11. Charge battery
12. Tighten kickstand and center stand
13. Check pull start and kick start
14. Set idle adjustment
15. Check all fuel lines
16. Check all electrical connections
17. Check all lights
18. Check kill switch
19. Fill gas tank with small amount of gas to start unit and run.
20. After test run, drain gas from gas tank before packaging.
