I called inquiring about this specific scooter (PMZ150-10) back in early April 2020. Ordered April 14th 2020. Tracking number was emailed day after. Scooter arrived around April 27th 2020 to EAST COAST Only damage observed after arrival was to the air intake where it says (4-stroke). Not a huge deal can and was replaced. It was quickly assembled by me. Was not starting during initial start. Not my first rodeo with a Chinese motorized scooter. According to my mechanic the “carburetor was out of wack” In other words, carb needed to be tuned and was done. Started right up after he did his thing with the carb. As of typing this review (June 12, 2020) I have changed the oil twice (Currently has 1794Km[or 1,115Mi]) I use it to go to work as well as travelling with other riders. Great starter scooter for the price! Ask for Ray. He will help you get a good bike!!!


P.S. When receiving a new bike, for first start the oil it comes with is fine. For first rides then after, PLEASE REPLACE OIL USING 10W-40 SAE OIL!
