MCO Request
Please Read Before Requesting Certificate of Origin
Upon your purchase, you should expect to receive the following documents mailed separately from your purchase:
• A Certificate of Origin (MCO), also known as Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) or the Title
• A Bill of Sale
We will automatically send the documents to you and use the same shipping address that you provide to receive your product as the mailing address. If you want to use faster mailing service, you'll be responsible for the freight cost. USPS Priority Mail is our express shipping service. Please click the following link to buy 10 shipping charge ($10) and email service@megamotormadness.com to inform us your request. $10 fee includes shipping fee and handling fee. From the day your MSO/Title is mailed out, it will take 1-3 business days for your paperwork to arrive to you.

For all off-road units, the MCO/MSO/Title will not be sent out automatically. Customer will need to request it by emailing a clear picture of the VIN number and the order number to service@megamotormadness.com and clearly state your request.
Since the off-road units do not require registration in most states, other registration paperwork will not be sent out automatically. If you require any additional registration documents, please also email a clear picture of the VIN number and your order number to service@megamotormadness.com and clearly state your request.
If your state requires MSO notarization, you need to pay a notarization fee of $35. Please contact service@megamotormadness.com.
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a unique 17 digit alpha-number. The VIN can be found on the outside of the shipping carton or on the scooter itself. The VIN is usually located on the front of the steering stem or at the bottom of the floor mat, where you would place your feet.
